“You’re just getting older” is not a treatment plan.
Getting older may explain part of what’s changing. It doesn’t mean you have to settle for it.
Your body has changed. The goal has not.
You may still be exercising, eating well, and doing many of the things that used to keep you feeling strong and healthy, but your body is responding differently.
You may notice that workouts take more out of you than they used to. Your strength or endurance may feel less predictable. Your clothes fit differently even though your habits have not changed. You may wake during the night and struggle to fall back asleep, feel more depleted by stress, or notice that your energy and focus are not as reliable as they once were.
Sometimes the feeling is hard to define beyond: “I just don’t feel like myself.”
And maybe you’ve shared these concerns with other doctors, only to be told that your labs are normal or that everything looks fine, even though you know something has changed. You may feel that no one has taken the time to connect the dots or look more deeply.
Or you may feel well now and want to be proactive. You want to understand what is happening in your body, prepare for the changes ahead, and protect your strength, fitness, bone health, metabolism, and long-term mobility.
You may already be listening to podcasts, reading books, and learning about menopause, fitness, and longevity. But knowing what’s possible is not the same as knowing what is right for you. You want to turn that information into a thoughtful, personalized plan that helps you feel your best now while protecting your strength, health, and independence as you age.
You are not looking for generic advice. You want a physician who will take the time to understand you and your goals, so that you have a trusted partner in creating a plan that helps you feel and perform at your best.
“I am 60 years old and I feel better than when I was in my 40s.”

What We Work Toward
Together, we work to help you:
Understand what is changing in your body and which factors matter most
Build a personalized plan aligned with your physiology, goals, and life
Support hormones, metabolism, muscle, bone, sleep, and recovery
Improve confidence and clarity around your health decisions
Preserve the strength, resilience, and physical capacity to keep doing what you love for decades to come
How We Work Together
Your care follows three phases:
Phase 1: clarify
We take a close look at your symptoms, medical history, current treatments, lifestyle, and relevant lab data to identify the patterns contributing to how you feel and perform.
Phase 2: build
We create a personalized medical and lifestyle strategy to support your hormones, metabolism, body composition, strength, sleep, recovery, and long-term health.
Phase 3: evolve
We refine the plan using follow-up, real world feedback, and objective data. As your body, goals, and circumstances change, your plan changes with you.

What This Is Not
This is not a primary care practice. Dr. Nett works alongside your existing physicians and healthcare providers.
This is not insurance based care. Insurance does not typically reimburse for the proactive, in-depth, and highly personalized care these programs provide.
This is not a quick fix. Meaningful, lasting change requires time, data, consistency, and partnership.
This is not a one-size-fits-all protocol. Every plan is built around your physiology, priorities, and goals.

If we decide that working together feels like a good fit, we can then determine which level of support would make the most sense for you.
